Will we have to move out of property while it is re-roofed?

No, absolutely not. We can work around you and your commitments all whilst ensuring your house is water tight each night prior to leaving. The only exception is for asbestos removal.

What are some of the most common roof colours used?

The most common at the moment are Grey Friars, Ironsand and Sandstone Grey.

Will you be able to do a re-roof during winter?

Yes, unlike bears, we don’t go into hibernation over winter, instead, we watch the weather very actively and ensure that it is safe for you and our staff to proceed daily.

How long will it take to do a re-roof?

Generally speaking, a re-roof will be completed within 7 working days for a house up to 300 m3.

Does it cost to get a quote?

No, we don’t charge for quotes and they are obligation free within the city limits. If your job is a bit further afield then we can give you a ballpark cost.

Are you insured if something goes wrong?

Yes! We take extreme care not to damage the house or the property. However, in the rare and unfortunate circumstance that something does happen, we carry a 5 million dollar public liability insurance.

What areas do you cover?

We work anywhere! We have worked as far south as Christchurch and as far north as Auckland. However, majority of our work is carried out in Gisborne and surrounding regions from Whakatane down to Napier/Hastings.

Does your work have a guarantee?

Yes, we sure do. We will provide you with a materials warranty through New Zealand Steel alongside our 5 year workmanship warranty through the Roofing Association of New Zealand.
