ENVIROCLAD TPO MEMBRANE

Enviroclad offers an absolute watertight integrity for low-slope roofs. It is a TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) waterproofing membrane rendering all the necessary attributes of a world-class system, from waterproofing to aesthetic and environmental elements. Viking Enviroclad is not just a membrane, it is a ‘system’. It is not complete without its compatible adhesives, sealants and proprietary weldable accessories; all internationally lab-tested, proven and supplied by the one manufacturer in the USA.

SILCOAT LIQUID COATING

Its a ‘Repair and Maintenance’ product that is a great option for building owners that want to extend the water-tightness for a few more years. Silcoat is a liquid-applied membrane system that can be applied to virtually any existing roof surface.

CERTAINTEED ASPHALT SHINGLES

Asphalt shingles are composed of strong fibre-glass mat base and are individual bituminous sheets (915mm Long) nailed on top of a timber-sarked roof substrate with either a layer of bitumen felt or self-adhering membrane in-between. The ‘shingled’ (overlapped) method of shingle installation, provides maximum watershed and the ridge-vent system on the roof’s apex ensures the building is adequately ventilated.

These ceramic granules provide UV resistance and come in a wide colour range
